The Program

We partner with you to tailor each leadership and management development program to your organization's goals and needs. Each program includes 3 competency areas with customizable workshop topics to choose from:

Our program content only includes effective leadership and management practices supported by research from quality peer-reviewed journals.

A meta-analysis published in the Journal of Applied Psychology that explored 335 independent studies (26,573 participants) on the effectiveness of leadership development training programs found that they resulted in:

  • 28% increase in leadership behaviors performed on the job (i.e., transfer)

  • 25% increase in organizational outcomes

  • 20% increase in overall job performance
